dictionaries-common software package provides Common utilities for spelling dictionary tools, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dictionaries-common
dictionaries-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dictionaries-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dictionaries-common *
You will get with dictionaries-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
